  • You are in mid-career and have been doing mortgage sales/brokering for more than 3 years with a proven sales record and a sizeable clientele base
  • You have chosen mortgage as your industry and life-long career
  • In the next phase of growth, you are looking for change to broker independently rather than to represent one single lender, and more importantly, the opportunity to do mortgage as your own business (work for yourself)!
  • You also like to focus more on consultation rather than paperwork, thus be able to spend more quality time at home with young’s kids and aging parents
  • You see yourself as “business owner” with leadership qualities, i.e. you must be self-motivated, driven, passionate, fast and yet thrive in a team setting!

This is a full-time position on full commission structure leading to high remuneration. To build a mortgage business for long-term, be prepared to forgo basic pay and “employee mindset”.  We don’t talk about thresholds and targets, we talk about leads, conversions, business goals and revenue.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Our ideal candidate is a mid-career mortgage specialist in banks with 3 to 5 years of experience
  • We may consider candidates in other financial sales roles like RM, FA, etc, with demonstrated service excellence and a strong clientele base.
